Fitness
Consultant
The
Fitness Consultant is responsible for
promoting and selling memberships to
potential new members and selling
renewals/upgrades to current gym
members.
Fitness
Manager
The
Fitness Manager will manage and develop
the fitness department in an assigned
gym; provide training and leadership for
new and existing personal trainers,
ensure personal trainers are scheduled
for training delivery to clients and
work with all gym personnel in involving
them in fitness education and sales.
Front
Desk Associate
The
Front Desk Associate will greet and
direct members, guests and staff as they
enter the gym and provide control of the
front door location. This position will
provide assistance to members’ requests
along with inquiries about gym
operations & policies as well as perform
various administrative duties as
directed by the Gym manager or
Operations supervisor.
General
Gym Manager
The
General Gym Manager has overall
responsibility for effectively managing
all facets of a particular gym location
to include customer satisfaction,
effective recruitment and selection,
proper training of the staff, employee
personnel issues, sales & membership
solicitation, facility cleanliness while
ensuring the club is achieving projected
membership/sales goals as well as all
other established

Operations Supervisor
The
Front Desk Supervisor will lead, direct
and control all facets of front desk and
Kid’s Club operations with an emphasis
on member service and overall gym
administration.
